This award honors those who go above and beyond routine responsibilities to ensure effective preparedness, response, and coordination. Criteria for Consideration: Nominees should exhibit distinction in one or more of the following areas: Exceptional Support Role Performance: Delivers outstanding contributions in a support role that significantly impacts operations or outcomes. Above-and-Beyond Service: Regularly exceeds expectations, takes initiative, and exceeds their job description to help the team succeed. Reliability and Dedication: A dependable team member who consistently commits to the mission and values of emergency management. Problem Solving and Initiative: Demonstrates resourcefulness, adaptability, or innovation in addressing challenges or improving systems. Team Collaboration and Attitude: Positively influences team morale, supports colleagues, and promotes a strong, cooperative environment.
